The sites we are looking for must be extremely large so that as well as building the actual property we can have areas for gardens, parking space and extra areas which will be left up to the residents to decide what they would like doing with this space, perhaps we could build a bowling green or some other form of activity area for the residents to keep active in.
We are based in the South of England and would prefer that the land was around the South Coast although we could use our contacts to find other developers in other areas of the country should you have building land that you want to sell that isn't located in these areas.
It is not necessary for the actual land that is for sale to be located extremely close to the shops as most of our residents enjoy a brisk walk during the day, but if they don't want to walk then we offer transport services from the Hawthorns retirement properties. But is is essentail that local ammenities are easy to get to.
