Land Wanted by the Holiday Retirement Company to be used for the development of retirement properties, if you can help contact us. We offer a generous finders fee for appropriate land.
The land that is wanted by us here needs to be appropriate for the development of properties that will be used for the purpose of retirement accommodation. We will give brief details of the land wanted by us here and if you know of land or have land that is suitable then please contact us and we will make an offer that is keeping in line with the market price.
A three acre site would be the ideal size for land that we are seeking but we will accept sizes from one and a half acres upwards. The size is important as there are many things that need to be incorporated.
We usually have over one hundred people in residence so there are over fifty individual units more often than not as well as these the units themselves must be surrounded by gardens which are for communal use but we also actively encourage the residents to tend a piece of the garden if they so wish. Then there is the main building which houses things such as the coffee room where residents meet in the morning and have refreshments before starting their day, unless of course they do this themselves in their own kitchen. Also there are large communal rooms which can be used for entertainment with live acts or for a dance as well as a dining hall for people to use when eating any of the three daily meals that are provided at no extra cost.
