Sites wanted by The Holiday Retirement Company for the development of retirement properties. The sites required must meet a certain criteria.
We are highly trained professionals in the field of the construction and development of retirement properties which are to be part of the unique Hawthorns developments. We always require sites for the development of these properties so that we can provide the best new build retirement accommodation to our clients. Please read the details of the sites wanted below, if you know of places that meet the criteria of the sites required then we are waiting to hear from you so we can arrange a meeting to see the land and of course yourselves. If you are not the actual owner of the land then we will make a generous contribution to the finders fee for your help.
The overall size of the sites required must be at least two acres in size so that we can fit in all the facilities and buildings and have space left over to provide communal garden areas to our clients.
We mainly operate in the South of England so the sites wanted would ideally be on the South Coast so that we can have views of the sea front or at least
